Seems fine for a supposedly "high skill" champion that was just "dumpstered" by a MASSIVE nerf and compensated by a buff that was "literally nothing". Really looks like she is just a Western problem. Please, continue to refuse actually administering a REAL FUCKING NERF to this champion.

Cut all CDR in the game by 50%, lower the cap to 20%, delete item 3161 ; done.

At this point we should be happy over just an indirect nerf...like a nerf to black cleaver or a rune or something.

Hotfix needed tier Aatrox Yuumi Sylas Broken OP WTF tier Akali Irelia Mordekaiser TahmKench OP tier Yasuo Vayne Riven RekSai Kaisa Kayn Jayce Hecarim Then there is honestly like 20 more champs in the need minor nerfs tier. Worst part is like 80% of the OP champs were OP when i stopped playing for months in like 9.3

Riot does the worst job of "balance" of any major company.

They need to do to her what they did to ryze this patch. Remove her high amount of necessary combos and nerf the rest of her kit. With ryze they allowed him to be easier to new players but he lost a ton of survivability. This needs to be the same with riven or riot is just picking favourites

Question, why aren’t you complaining about Sona, or Sivir, or Jinx, or any of the other multiple champions with higher pick, ban, play and win rates then her with a far low skill floor?

Riot wont nerf her , or at least give her a proper nerf. Riot only has the one game and it honestly does feel like they dont care about it anymore, people have been complaining about riven for months and months , and the nerf they give her? cd increase on her by a little and BUFF the q??? as a top laner i actually lost my shit , and told my self 'you know what? cant beat em (because theyre playing a broken ass champ) join them.' ive gotten multiple accounts to plat abusing riven , and i will get hate for this , but damnnnnnnnnnnn it feels good to play her. literal freelo , you literally win at champ select if you get riven. And its amazing whenever i see someone stupid enough to pick Gangplank Illaoi Yorick Vladimir Shen Malphite DrMundo Camille , and you just stomp them with out thinking about it. i know some of those match ups look questionable but nothing a item 3812 wont fix lol. Until riot nerfs riven , im going to keep abusing her for freelo.

It's freaking conqueror, that Rune is screwing everything, that thing can't give sustain ad and true damage, building resistences is meaningless.
