Maybe 10 mana per proc (champions and monsters only).
That way we can buff it in other areas, like dealing bonus damage based on the amount of enemies missing hp. (not %missing, total missing to keep in line with her theme of tank killer)

YordleJay1 votesThat's unfair completely. It's a passive if theey wanted to do that they'd have to make it toggleable. Also in my recent games as vayne (just picked her up) Silver bolts aren't as powerful as you think. Just think of it has a different version of an ekko passive

DeathBurst4 votesBecause it's a huge change for no good reason ("that way we can buff it in other areas" is not a good reason as to why it needs to change in the first place), and people don't want to take the time to explain what should be obvious.
