Towers require major buffs while plated.
Its time for the ability to tower dive for free to end, there are too many things in the game that makes it stupidly easy to jump under a tower and kill a target (EVEN WHEN CC'D!!!) and get away easily. It is so tiring getting killed once and then becoming fodder to assassins now that their first item is built and their time to kill becomes stupid. Glyphs giving people health back on kills also makes tower punishment laughable.
Early game is an important part of the match, and it is stupid how binary it gets once one person gets just very slightly ahead. Jungler often abandons top lane to their fate in favor of camping bot, and to a lesser part also ignores mid lane just for dragon control. If the enemy jungler decides to capitalize on your inactive jungler, then top and mid lane gets dived all game. Towers might as well have no attack.
First hit to a tower should take 90% reduced damage, cd of 20 seconds.
Tower shots should get a 30% increase in attack speed per shot infinite stack.
Tower shots should also reduced the targets ms by 20% per hit, infinite stack.
Tower shots should do at least 30% more damage, plus another 20% per hit, infinite stack.
Tower shots should also provide a 0.1 second interrupt on attack.
