I hate this useless piece of trash. Half the damage of ashe. No utility. Pure trash.

Sick of being stuck babysitting this loser.

I was so tilted playing with an Ezreal botlane, missed most of his skill shots, started with that ring thing and couldn't trade against a lifesteal start item adc..... then later I realised, maybe Ezreal doesnt even belong in the bottom lane...

Preach.

The other day I got an Ezreal 5 times in a row. Please stop picking this useless champion bot lane you guys. I normally do not care what people pick bot lane, but even good Ezreals don't make up for how unforgiving bot lane is right now.

We get no ganks bot lane and then we get shoved under tower even if I play something gross like Brand.

I'm sitting there under tower versus a Nami and Draven watching this twink this hop around throwing out no damage praying that the jungler can get mid ahead so they can come bot. That sums up every match I've had with an Ezreal lately.

You can just leave lane at level 6 and go ganking because Ezreal can farm decently 1v2. As long as you are effective around the map it will be worth it.

Suggesting lane desertion, boo.

That's easier said than done. Roaming when bot falls isn't bad, but you can't "leave" him for the rest of the match.

I don't think leaving an Ezreal who can barely sustain himself in lane with a support helping him is a good idea. I do roam to mid for example, but only momentarily. He isn't as safe as people like to claim he is, especially if the support is hyper aggressive.

He puts you in a situation you don't want to be in because normally I could trust that the ADC does enough damage to keep from getting dove under tower, but with Ezreal literally nobody who plays botlane or Jungler regularly respects him until he has item 3025 , and even then that's iffy. That's gonna end in another death or flash and tower.

Everyone has to focus on propping Ezreal up, not just the support.

So what do you suggest instead? If Ezreal isn't winning lane there's no point overstaying. They will push down the turret regardless of your presence in the lane at that point (like others have complained about in this thread)

Literally the only answer at that point is try to go help the rest of your team carry and let Ezreal solo farm.

Your job as a support is not "stay with my ADC at all times" your job is to support your team. People get confused about this because a lot of ADCs are basically designed to be funneled by their support throughout the whole game. Ezreal isn't really designed that way though.

How long you stay in lane, and whether you stay with your ADC is a strategic choice and it depends on how the lane went and which champ your ADC is.

To me it just sounds like an excuse to give the lane away, set the Ez back in cs, let the other duo potentially get a few kills on him so you can go gooblywonking elsewhere. I get that in some cases it might make sense, obviously, but not as a rule and certainly not any time you fall slightly behind.

One of the cases where it makes sense is when you're losing lane and your ADC is Ezreal. Once you're in this situation you will lose your turret pretty fast regardless of whether you stay in lane, and you will both die to 3 or 4 man dives. The best thing you can do is actually apply pressure somewhere else and let him farm 1v2. Like I said before, Ezreal can survive and farm decently 1v2. He will lose the turret, but we're talking about a situation where that's inevitable regardless of what you do.

I suppose that makes sense.

WQ.. its really not that hard... his poke damage is insane if u can actaully aim.. problem is most people can barely land 1 skillshot let alone two.. and most ADC cant land jack shit if it isnt point and click. so asking them to land 2 is makes him look weak if u cant land skillshots.

the damage burst from his W detonation is actually CRAZY high.

i must agree,i have 90% to lose if i got EZRAEL in my team as adc ... while i am the supp, and i pretty much tried my best in all of my games ... but when i have ezrael, its like a link which makes me tilted without any reason and not to mention that 90% of players who plays that Champion sucks really hard with him, and EZRAEL as an adc its beyond useless, delete that champ.

Seems fine in Plat EUW, but even NA pros can't seem to play him.

Discrimination against Ezreal players?

Ecophile1 votes

It is only a different playstyle. If you focus on being good at babysitting, I can understand your frustration.

However, Ezreal is really great at holding the lane on it own and frees the support to roam more than other marksmen. Adaptability is the main quality developped in this game.

Also, if you do not like someone's pick, you can either dodge or seek a partner to queue up with, which will pick your desired champs. Way healthier way to deal with your issue than getting sick XD

I tried to main support for about lets say 3 weeks. in 90 percent of my games, the lanes had two of the three of these guysEzreal Kaisa Lucian every time. without fail. talk about repetitive.

I have had a couple of really fun games supporting the new reworked Ezrael. If they farm efficiently, play safe and poke when appropriate. It means I can leave lane to ward and sweep, help mid, help jungler with securing drake etc. It’s when they don’t know how to play there is a massive problem. There’s a few adc’s you literally have to handhold until 2-3 items and I don’t find Ezrael is normally one of them.
