Can we buff Karthus?
I want Karthus Q and R to be buffed.
Q There is too much mobility in this game and thus it is harder for Karthus to land efficient Q's on targets and also Rylai's isn't a great item on mages anymore so there isn't the permaslow. Q delay time to be reduced at all ranks from 0.5 seconds all ranks to 0.5 / 0.45 / 0.4 / 0.35 / 0.3 seconds. This will allow Karthus to land more easier Q's on enemy targets for more consistent damage and the delay time is still at a reasonable amount for counterplay.
R Karthus R should deal more damage overall. In the past it was satisfying to press R and get instant Quadra or Pentakills, but nowadays you can't do that anymore. The reasoning why is because Magic Resist items are efficient compared to Armor, Hexdrinker and Maw exist, Mercs, Nullifying Orb, Guardian Angel, Zhonyas and Stopwatch and most champions in this game have some sort of hard CC to stop the Karthus ultimate and it doesn't put the ultimate on a reduced cooldown or refund any mana cost. The ultimate also has one of the longest ultimate cooldowns in the entire game at 200/180/160 seconds while crazy shit like Yasuo ult has 80/55/30 second ult.
In my opinion Karthus ultimate should deal the same damage currently + execute targets under 25/28/31% maximum health. Make this ability awesome again like in the past.
