Why aren't people getting banned from ranked for feeding?
Tired of these kids every-single-game. High elo is so so SO much easier than low elo shitfest.

Because everyone feeds, including you.
If you're a supposedly high elo player who doesn't belong in silver and you're actually not trolling your games, why is your average kill participation % so low in low silver shitfests? A high elo player would have more simply by knowing where to be and actually setting up kills for his team that they wouldn't have gotten otherwise.
