When is Jarvan getting nerfed?
Every game this clown is in, if he gets ahead even slightly he snowballs uncontrollably. It's not even a skill thing, the champion is broken af right now.

Ban him?
Jarvan is quite strong right now in todays meta, yet he's not completely overpowered. He can only snowball so hard towards lethality, but if not then he's a extremely strong bruiser. Yes it is a (skill thing) because 1. jungle route 2. small burst (for a certain duration) 3. viable to cc
