She's entirely too tanky and does entirely too much damage to be allowed to stun/lockdown through minions. Honestly tired of this no skill ho, nerf her like everyone is and make her work for her trash stuns.
She is allowed to do it through minions because she has to become the skillshot in order to do it.
Not to mention you cant even body block for your adc c:

Leona needs to engage and put herself in harm's way to do so. She also basically has to use 2 abilities e+q to make it wothwhile. Futhermore, it's a skillshot. Alistar can do the same thing, but no skillshot needed. Thesh, morg, etc. need skillshot, but get to do it from safety of range; no full-on commitment required the way leona does.
