I don't get it

Like in the first half of this season many people were complaining about how OP tanks and tanks items were. Now I see people complaining how bad tanks are atm, and how OP certain Champs with ArmPen items are.

I know the Meta shifted, Champs like Irelia are being played top, but I havent seen any magnificent nerfs to tanks like Sion, etc.

Meta shifts my dude. Once pros figured out you can go full armor pen and shred tanks like butter then they couldn't be viable top anymore. also the nerfs to item 3068 item 3025 and changes to item 3065 helped.
