What I hate about Yasuo

Seeing him in every of my games. It is not fun when I want to main Urgot, and he just "Hasakis" in my face. I mean, hearing his voice 24/7, just makes you angry. xD

Edit: Lol. Didn't think someone would read this. But anyways, even if Urgot does shit on Yasuo, he is still annoying. Yasuo is like a bug, always sticks on you, and when you try to catch him, he just flies around (like a bee, duh). But hey, that's how I found Mordekaiser. It is fun seeing yasuo ulting you, when you have your W on.

well both zed and yasuo are banned in about 90% of my games

its usually like they ban zed we ban yasuo or we ban zed they ban yasuo like an unspoken rule both get banned lol

They aren't as bad as people make them out to be. They just require a little more thought than mindlessly spamming spells, following cookie-cutter builds, and ARAMing mid @ 15 mins. Hence why most Zed/Yasuo complaints come from my elo range. (Bronze. Silver, low Gold.) Since 70% people do all of the mentioned.

I totally agree with your post!

I find Yasuo SUPER simple to play into. Bait out his wind wall, and then chunk him when it's on cool down. If people can't do that, then people should ban him instead of complaining about it.

How to play against Yasuo:

Use a skillshot spell.
Have him use his windwall to block a single skillshot that has probably a way shorther cooldown than his windwall, which is over 20 seconds at lvl1.
Wait until the skillshot you used is back up
All in him, and back off.
Repeat steps 1-4 until he's dead or pushed out of lane.

If you can riposte his tornado, you should win. If you hit him with the stun, he's dead meat. Q dance his Q's, especially his tornado Q's. The matchup is very even. I've played it multiple times, from both sides.

I've always found them unfun. I just ban Zed over Yasuo because yasuo actually has to commit more than Zed. If you think differently please explain. I hate Ekko and Leblanc for the same reason but they don't get picked too often even when they aren't even banned.

If the Yasuo is good at the windwall reaction he can block the canister every time and then outscale the Urgot and might be able to all in lvl 3 for a kill and own his ass from then on

Just bait out his windwall by walking a little closer to make it seem like you're gonna E. Chances are he will twitch-click W. Or, if he's really dumb, just use your Q first to have him windwall it, then wait until it's over, then E-W-Q-Q-Q-Q

This is why I don't take people seriously when they say Yasuo has "mobility". Yes he has a dash, but it's not like he can do it whenever he wants, unlike other champs wish dashes/ms abilities.

Yeah like LB has a potential of four dashes not counting flash that can easily go over walls, with extremely low cooldowns and one not having mana cost, while also dealing way more damage, and you can recast to BLINK back, meaning you can flash back to a previous location with more range.

Does LB have a passive shield for free? Is she manaless? Does she have the ability to shut down a large amount of the abilities in the game with a mini-Braum shield? For a champion you're supposed to punish extremely hard when he messes up, he sure has a lot of tools to forgive messing up.

Seeing as how he has all the tools one could ever wish for as a melee to beat a ranged player (that's part of his design, to be a melee champion that destroys ranged ones, hence things like windwall, the free shield, etc) no, he's not ranged. If you really need range, his 3rd Q is ranged, but more importantly is the infinite dashes. Who needs range when you can gapclose on someone and disengage instantly for free as long as they stand within range to CS?

Always funny to see someone say "infinite dashes" If you complain about yasuo gap closing to you too quickly,just stay away from your minions,walk into a bush so he cant E you,or in lane just simply wait for him to clear the minions wave and,oh? what ? no more dashes.And trust me,as a yasuo main,the yasuo WILL clear the minions except if hes already ahead and wants you to lose cs

About the shield,its really easy to break it out as a ranged champion,and every adc with at least one dash / or slow / cc abilites can shit on him,just attack him until he uses windwall,then get away from him and he will be forced to 1- follow you leaving his windwall behind 2- stay behind his wall and noit being able to do anything about it (except if he has 3rd Q charged and then you gotta dodge it)

Yasuo isnt as "op" "noob champ" as people say and can be easily counter by tons of stuff,+ he is punished really hard by any little mistake he makes

Even though i gotta admit that when you're really fed,Yasuo becomes so fucking retarded and everyone could play him

Edit : And if you ever complain about him in teamfights,its that you are not using your cc on him,and you have to do so,or ofcrs he will shit on you if he has a knock up on his team

Situations where yasuos have a good aoe knock up are so rare,beacause teammates dont give a shit about having a yasuo,or yasuo doesnt give a shit about having no knock ups cus he wants to play his champ Oh and also,ask ganks against him,free kills if he "uses all his dashes on minions" cus his wave will be pushed.

That's six dashes every wave, that refreshes every I believe 8-10 seconds and then again when another wave of minions come, 7 dashes if he uses his dash on you. Most of the gripes anti Yasuo people have are with his Lane phase in which he is probably the most mobile champ in the game at level 1-6. It's also not fun to see him e through and entire minion wave and have to chase him and then have him e all the way back when his windwall and shield is back up when the new wave gets there and proceed to 100-0 you with his double crits, damage negating shield, knock up, and 50% armor shred.

Forgot about her, but equally toxic for the same reason. Yasuo mains are always like what about zed/LeBlanc who both have huge cool downs on their early mobility(zed being around 24 seconds) and LeBlanc can't use her ult until 6.

They gutted Kalista for the same reason Yasuo should be, the early mobility is too strong for the older champions on the roster.

They didn't gut Kalista's mobility though, they removed some of her damage from E because it was too high. Plus Kalista has much more mobility than Yasuo still.

Oh and by the way, you still said Kalista was a very toxic champion yet she's gutted. So despite champion's being terrible you still think they are somehow toxic to fight. I guess Galio and Aatrox are a nightmare for you. This is why your opinion isn't taken seriously.

Get your blood moon Yasuo icon out of here. They did so gut Kalista mobility by nerfing something to do with how it scales with attack speed and how it interacted with slows. And the reason they hit that mobility is because it was incredibly unfun for the other immobile carries(basically the entire roster) to deal with. There was a pro last year who went undefeated on Kalista. They gutted her so she's not as viable to play, which is why you don't see people complaining about her much anymore. Yasuo is in the meta right now and is strong due to his early-mid game shenanigans (shield, mobility, windwall) that are incredibly toxic to play against. Counted how many dash opportunities Yasuo had at one time in Lane yesterday and he can dash up to 11-12 times when there's a large wave of creeps with little to no cooldown

Kalista's jump distance has not changed, her ability to jump fast depends on how high her AS is which does not require her E, she always build at least 3 AS items. You still complain about Kalista, calling her a toxic champion when she's terrible, which is stupid, you don't see anyone saying Galio is toxic or Urgot. Yasuo is in the meta for mid level play, as when you get to high level you won't see people often play him as he gets countered hard, or can be killed easily when ganked. Yasuo can dash 6 times every ten seconds on a regular minion wave, if he was dashing up to 11-12 times because of how many minions, maybe its because you were hard pushing the lane or you team was? He still can only dash that number of times until 10 seconds is up after the first dash. Meanwhile Kalista can jump three, maybe four times per minion depending on her damage, while having another jump from using Q, which doesn't require an enemy. And you're gonna tell me to get out of here because I have a cool icon? You can get out with all that salt. As for that pro player, that was SKT Bang, AKA the best adc in the world, reigning Worlds, IEM, and MSI champion, who currently has 21 wins and 1 loss on Kalista, his best champion. Faker was undefeated on Leblanc for a while, that didn't make her OP, it meant they were playing a high skill champ to the highest level.

If Yasuo uses all 6 of his dashes every wave then he is a huge idiot, considering that:

A: He won't have another dash for a while, considering the on-target cooldown of it is 10s at lvl1
B: All his dashes will push the wave, thus leaving him wide open to ganks due to the minions being at your turret and him having no dashes to escape with.
C: Engaging in an extended trade vs Yasuo during levels 1-6 is the worst thing you could do, especially "chasing him through all the minions" like you mentioned. Since not only will the little crit chance he might possibly have be more in his favor every AA and Q he doesn't crit with, but he will have his tornado out a lot more often. On top of that, he will easily outtrade you in an auto-attack slapfight if he has Fevor, Bloodlust or Grasp. as a keystone. It's very similar logic with champions like Tryndamere, Irelia, and Fiora too.

Considering its your own minions in which you are chasing him into its not a dumb idea at all and for any other champion on the roster would usually tilt the fight in your favor if you're on equal footing. This point was more towards late game when multiple towers are down and I should have clarified that. When he speeds down a side Lane from the inhibitor turret to about river then speeds all the way back and 1v2s or something is dumb and feels terrible when you should have caught him out but all CC in this game is now a skill shot that won't go through minions or gets blocked by his windwall.

Even if he does, I'm just bad. Yasuo's voice tilts me the most, and when I'm tilted I play even worse, but that's how I found Mordekaiser. Because here in Silver 5, almost noone knows what to do against morde. It is funny when a yasuo ults me and I have my w on.
