Ezreal FINALLY received a decent nerf. What are everyone's thoughts on the other hotfixes?

Like, he was still so strong and deserves this but don't pretend that he hasn't received nerfs.

Also with these nerfs, i think ezreal is now the most nerfed champion in league of legends, he wasnt far behind janna but now he might be the most nerfed, as he has gotten nothing but nerfs since runes reforged lol.
