Whats the point of building an item, nerfed to only be good mitigating damage from a crit building adc, if its not doing its job?
On paper it sounds like it tackles everything, but in practice im still getting bursted zzZ

MysterQ1 votesBut what other damage did he have. Granted 3 item ADC vs 2 Armor isn't great. But it does suck to just have armor do nothing (or feel like nothing). I dont know how when I watch esports their tanks actually don't die lol.

's armor got buffed but health got nerfed while still penetrates a % of bonus armor and also that doesn't help since lucy is a caster marksman so that 15% attack speed reduction isn't going to do much
Muzét1 votesThe fact is randuin reduced crit by only 20% currently (I believe never built it now nor before so correct me if I'm wrong) While IE gives 50% additional dmg. After Randuin it's 230% so it still high. Furthermore Lucian does two auto for one... And you know how much he does like botrk. Add to that Last Whisper and you get shred as a tank even if your build is correct.
So I don't know what to say. Randuin's has always been weak to my eyes. I built not more than 3 times because everytime I built it I never felt it was useful. You could just go for dmg and try to kill Lucian rather than build this item.

That's not how reductions work in this game. Reductions reduce the total, not the AD ratio. 20% of 250% is 50%, so it effectively negates the IE crit bonus, or brings their crits down to 160% AD if they don't have IE.

MetalGearTeemu1 votesreminder the only tanks in the meta right now are tanks with reworked high damage values bordering on that of bruisers/juggs, because defensive stats are so useless right now and damage is king.

is the far superior item for bruisers/juggernauts, even against crit stackers. They can't kite you if they're dead, plus the extra MS can help you dip in and out of combat much easier.
