PETITION To Get Sounds Included During Champion Select !

Ok. I have never had a problem with it before. I ban, I pick, I say what I have to say and then I load and play my game. Right? Possibly this is just a symptom of getting used to a new panoramic lay out but.... wow.

At this very moment I'm in a 15 minute punishment for failing to ban when.... well, subjectivel I didn't feel I had enough time!

Can there please be an alarm that goes off when a player would fail to ban a champ starting at, oh, let's say 8 seconds?? Just a pleasant, dull sounding that will kind of say, "hey, maybe you should pick something or um, you know you'll risk getting barred for FIFTEEN minutes.." and have to compose a post like this to kill the time
