I disagree on the notion that the balance team doesn't play the game. I'm sure they play the game often and intentionally buff / nerf specific champions for whatever reason (some claim LCS, others claim winrates).

So I'm sure when you say that they are monkey who don't know what they're doing, they're laughing at your ignorance. In all honesty, I don't think the choices they make are the best, but I'm positive that they have a reason.

They don't. It is entirely true that they buff/nerf specific champions because of LCS and winrates. Look at their new project Soraka they have been investing all of their time into the past three months? Look at the Graves that still needs significant nerfs. Look at the Fiora that still does way to much damage. Look at the Kogmaw that does way to much damage. Look at the Xin that does way to much damage. If they played their game they would see this. I have no faith in these imbeciles.

I've played Xin and full build you can maybe give 2 people trouble.... that's using the super build everyone references. As a duelist.... that's about right.

The problem stems from people thinking he's still meh and going at him 1 by 1.

I don't think the community knows any better tbh. Everyone just wants their champ strong and want to believe that their opponents use OP champs.

Had a fizz calling zed op... watched fizz harass with his e (pole) and miss his ult.

I'm like fizz he's not OP you just don't get the match up.

Got my first pentakill in probably 100 games on xin today. Hes way too strong in low elo. His only weakness is being kited, but i do think he is somewhat problematic.

there reason is to balance. why would they call themselves the balance team? when have the actual balance choices actually were good. they either buff a champion to the broken point. or nerf a champion to the point of being useless. there is no middle ground. and most of the time they focus on other parts of a champions kit than the actual problem
