Is Fiora still good?
I think it was the last patch or something, where Fiora got nerfed. So wondering if she still is any good? She is on sale, so I am considering if I should buy her or not.

Except avoid everything, bully early, buy qss, play smart and bait her w. Besides that no counterplay
