Why is braum's q being nerved by 10 damage?
Like that really means nothing, but ok I like the late game proc damage lol... Usually no one escapes by 10 hp

You do realize that when riot nerfs a champion, they don't want to turn it into a Yorick, right? Also, 10 hp adds up, assuming the braum can actually land his shit.
I didn't think Braum was even remotely in need of a nerf though, what gives?
I remember back when annie got her Q nerfed by 5 damage and people straight up stopped complaining about her. That was years ago though.
