Patches

It's USUALLY every two weeks nowadays. 4.19 is a bit different because Worlds disrupted the usual cycle, plus preparing for preseason kind of shakes things up.

Prior to this year, even earlier this year, we were in more of a random cycle length sort of thing.

We were in a 14 day patch cycle for the past few months. Before that it was a lot less regular.

It's unknown if 4.19's delay is a one time thing or a sign of a change to the schedule.

Depends on content.

Its usually every 2 weeks or so, but as worlds is over and season 4 is almost done (November something?) that I think they are holding off until then to buff content as they are changing some things. No point in buffing stuff that can negatively impact/buff champions when they are going to introduce more "new" content in a bit.
