Mastery system broken?

I got an S- on my level 5 mastery jinx game, but didnt get the reward? Is that a bug?

You mean you didn't get a chest?

Have you gotten a chest on jinx before? Do you have any chests available to earn? Have you had any behavioral restrictions lately?

edit: Or are you tlaking about getting the mastery tokens? The behavior thing still counts for tokens.
