Kill yourself.

So many people tell me to kill myself in game at this point, its actually unexpected to not hear it. Every damn game is a troll fest, and its just a toxic orgy. I understand Riot doesnt give a S%#@ about anyone who is not in the Esport thing, but how is telling someone to kill themselves not an instant ban from the game? in some cases, its considered a crime to tell people that in real life, but no matter what I report, I have seen the same people a few days later back to just be toxic trolls and tell me to kill myself all over again.
