Once again I lost

Lane vs FULL tank champion. Even after killing him 3 whole times and outfarming him, by 15 minutes tides turned and I started loosing 1v1s. Againist tank. With Camille. A champion designed for 1v1s lost 1v1 while fed more, againist champion that was designed for teamfighting.

Where is the counterplay? I even rushed magic resist knowing that tanks deal damage which they shouldnt.

*Edit: The person who beat me in lane, does not even play toplane. It was ADC main.

You lost because you're on a all AD team against a team that was smart enough to build armor. Your team didn't even have half the brains the rush a black cleaver which would've drastically increased all of your damage output.

I'm not saying it's your fault as playing an AP top is not always easy; but you could've at least built a black cleaver.

Not to mention your post is entirely misleading. Maokai has 0 kills, and their ADC is 10/3/1 while yours was 2/4/3, and 30 CS behind. That was the deciding factor in this game.

Even if you and Maokai were the deciding factors though, Maokai completed his first item and is halfway to his second. You meanwhile have half of 3 different items, and started to build tank. Maokai (the player) was just better than you.

Finish trinity, kill him, take tower, waveclear and roam. If you can't accomplish that you get outscaled, that is just the way that top lane is at the moment.

Not seeing the lost 1v1s on your part as, the maokai who i assume was your lane opponent ended that match without a single kill.

I don't know exactly how the game went but they are some things you could've done better.

First of all, you could've finished at least one item. I think you would've won easier if you'd finished trini. Or finish titanic hydra in order to full push him. Maokai has a shitton of sustain + he built solary cap, so it's suicide to trade with him. That's not even your job, we ask of Camille to reach late game and two shot the ADC. Not to mention that Maokai will always be useful to his team, weither he's 3/0 or 0/3.

I think you have this matchup if you do the right things.

Edit: mercuries are useless since the tenacity is only useful against his R and if you get ganked by Graves you will regret not having tabis.
