And yesterday they reworked her PASSIVE. I know why they reworked her, she was quite thrash and unpopular. But if threads are full of Yasuo for months what is the reason not to change Yasuo?

Because yasuo is a very popular champion with a dedicated base, and he's also pretty balanced. Just because a bunch of people trash at the game whine about him doesn't actually make him overpowered or broken. Fizz right now is a million times worse than Yasuo imo.

Pretty sure most ppl just hate yasuo because he IS so popular, to the point that ppl who are god awful at a high skill cap champion pick him and feed their asses off in ranked just because he's 'cool', or the enemy picks him who actually happens to be skilled and pops off.

Yasuo actually has received changes and tuning over the years. He's frustrating, but he's always sink or swim, and has been that way after the initial nerf bombardment on his release. Kindred was highly oppressive on release and got nerfed into non-existence. Yasuo never got nerfed as hard as Kindred, so that is why Kindred got minor kit rework.

kindred was able to clear he jungle at full HP and always walk into your ready to fight

same thing with reksai

junglers who can clear their jungles fast and healthy will always walk straight into the other enemy jungle because they cannot lose that 1v1

yasuo on the other hand sits in a lane and gets shit on in a lot of match ups and they have changed his passive before. like the one on W

i'm waiting for the gutting/rework/revert to. unless riot see's this as healthy there is no way they are going to let graves continue to just walk through the jungle. he literally stole kindred intended identity as the "marksmen jungler"

he has been classified as one so hard to make an argument like that because labels are easy to apply and remove. but he does do literally everything different then any other marksmen, unique is an understatment
