Seriously have not played a single game where he doesn't get massive kills no matter what team he is on. I just literally played a game 2 minutes ago, both sides have a kill range of 1-7 kills, both hecarims are near the 20s. It's been ages. He needs nerfs.

What is valid about it exactly? You used incredibly bias subjective opinion to say a champion needs a nerf. Hecarim is good in that format and URF, so he needs a nerf is what you are basically saying.
