Not because it would be boring or league isn't unique enough But because there are 2 champions in the game that if they had the others abilitys could crit you for 400%

players are giving random champions and their abilitys are put into a pool then everyone takes turns picking abilitys from that pool.

i thought the idea is that you can pick any champion and draft abilities from the entire champion pool to customize your own kit.

imagine leona or nautilus with malphites ult. garen with jarvans ult and yasuos passive, and so on.
