You're entirely incorrect, but this is a classic example of both https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/the-fallacy-fallacy and not actually arguing your point. You disagree? Very well, now argue your goddamn point. Pretending your opponent has used a fallacy is not a substitute for showing he's wrong.
what are you trying to say here? one is a long range dash and one is a long range blink both will be used to place yourself, and in the case of tahm kench, an ally on top of an enemy to kill them
if i am wrong would you please correct me on what the different purposes are?
Noc's ult is
A: An extremely long-range targeted dash that deals damage and always puts Noc precisely on top of his target at the end of the dash.
B: Vision Denial.
It is used to initiate a fight and have Noc pick out a single target to dive, focus, and hopefully kill.
TK's ult is, as I have said before, most closely a parallel to Twisted Fate's. They have similar ranges, similar cooldowns, and even similar travel times.
The main difference is that TF's ult grants him vision of all enemy champs in order to give him a choice of where to go in and do the most damage; TK's ult requires either amazing coordination in order to not waste time waiting for his teammate to jump in with him before they go, and they either have vision in the area beforehand or TK's ult is going in blind.
