boots of swiftness are worthless

Ben Sharpio··3 votes·480 views

every other option heavily outweighs boots of swiftness, and a lot of the time you can't close small gaps between you and someone else that has item 3158 item 3020 item 3047 item 3006

But when you just need the little bit of extra MS in combat, and don't need armor or the MR or Pen or CDr (for champions like hecarim)

I use them on sejuani, with her natural slow resistance, I can laugh of being slowed.

I see a lot of Jhin players use them too.
