Yorick needs to be buff or he will just go back to being the old Yorick which is never played.

Yorick is strong early game but he beyond suck by 2 reasons and it is because of his ult. His ult has one such a damn huge cool down timer and the 2nd problem is that his ult is so damn stupid to even play with.

If Yorick gets into a team fight all the enemy has to do is just kill his dumb ult who chases them even if Yorick back off then makes him completely useless until his ult comes back. Yorick needs to damn control his ult and I hate that his ult cool down doesn't start from when he summon it, people might say it's broken if he has his cool down start when he summon it but the cool down is so long and some times it takes forever for it to actually die so it can finally go on cool down.The design of him is cool but his ult is the most stupidest part about him, strong ult but uncontrollable which makes him useless if they kill his ult and if they kill his ult he would need to Q to stack up his walkers which usually die by 1-2 hits. Can control his ult and that damn thing can CC and tank while Yoricks ult just can be tricked into following the enemy and getting soloed if the enemy back off.

Lower his ult max % HP damage then for a nerf trade off to allow us to control his ult because I'd rather be able to control the ult like Timber or Daisy.
