may i ask how it's possible, AS YI , to have 430 speed and not be able to catch a riven only going 380.
how has this not been fixed? is speed just a number? is there a certain thresh hold?

Riven has 3 small dashes on her q and another movement move as well. Depending on her cdr and how long the chase was, and if she was able to use any of them to jump over small walls or even creeps, she could very reasonably get away from someone with only 50 more ms...
i just had a game where the enemy shen was moving at what looked like about 450 move speed while only having boots 1. his stats listed his move speed at around 470 while i was running at 490. despite me hitting him with 2 slows back to back i couldn't gain any ground and he quickly out paced me. I started watching him out run everyone very easily and pointed it out to my team mates. no one knew what was going on, and no one could figure it out.
