[Gameplay] error and blitzkrieging blitz's

Okay first I'd like to go ahead and report that the end game camera isn't working, so far 2 games of it not panning to the explosion. secondly in about 6 out of 9-10 matches of aram there have been blitz's, not sure if that's bad luck or if you have the algorithm for aram set up for people who have no champs to get low difficulty champs.
