[Client] Masteries and Rune Page Selector

it's not constantly happening but when it does it's the biggest hindrance possible. I say this cause i could be ADC and end up with support runes and masteries even though i know for a fact i clicked on them. I've brought this up before and nothing was done, the responsiveness of the selector needs updating and shouldn't reset what it WAS on every time someone dodges.
