[CLIENT] Server Alert Not There

The usual "rank disabled at 1:30 server off at 3:00 pacific" isn't showing on client or patcher, not sure if this is afflicting anyone else. Had to double check the server status page just to be sure.

~~ I was going to be livid if taric rework wasn't getting released today (Because I had to move all my furniture and things out of my room for the people to put new flooring in and then put all my stuff back in. I am sore and need my daily dose of outrageous).~~

It's nothing serious, so long as people know of the server status page, and know the usual patch schedules happen on Wednesday.
