Is riot doing anything outside of the jungle?

Season 5 seems to be focusing on jungle and maybe a few tweaks to regen. Is that all riot is doing for the next season? I'm partly hoping for something more than just reworking the jungle. Bruiser class still needs work and to be balanced better against ADCs for example.
