Does anyone else think Blitz's "zap" damage dealing passive is a bit useless?

It could be so much more interesting, and its honestly pretty underwhelming and half the time you don't notice it.

It applies Mura's OnHit. Gave bruiser Blitz crazy sustained damage.

Too bad Blitz only gets played as a support these days.

Blitz' Ult passive applies it.

Over in Dominionland a late game Blitz with Mura could insta-gib most soft targets (pull-auto-E-ultpassive-auto-Ult-Odyn's). Just the Ult and Odyn's was 1k magic damage.

Makes me wish Rift had Odyn's Veil. It was a fun item.

if blitz was less clunky i can see him outside bot lane. he was meant to be a top laner after all. but he has no sustained damage and too immobile.

Well it should be. Look at his active base damage and scaling.
