I remember Talon used to be a decent assassin, prior to the removal of silence from his E. Now he rocks a 43% win-rate.
While Fizz did not have much instant interrupt or instant slow (like Talon), they gutted a lot of his damage from Q (even scaling) and W. Trying to make him into a some-what Bruiser role but he has no stats for it.
Do you guys think Fizz will see a substantial decline in his win-rate?

Poeple are just dumb and don't realise that aoe is better than single target burst. I wish my champions were labeled bad, while they are broken. Oh wait, Zyra is.
What I find amazing is after the nerf, 33% of all fizz games now are ad fizz with tri force and botrk
I honestly hated to see fizz get nerfed but the new ad fizz seems awesome

Talon is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad and SOOOOOOO GENERICALLY BORRRRRING now. Played over 1000 games of talon and now i dont play him at all.
What? Talon can still 100-0 two people at once and instantly kill a 3rd right out of ult. Talon is still very strong, its just that people can actually respond to him instead of the bullshit that lacked counterplay before the silence change. What could you do with a targeted silence that put talon behind you? Nothing. Even after the silence ran out he'd have already hit you again, ulted twice and killed you.
Also talon's win rate has been +50% for a while... lol

Fizz is a fucking monster right now. Not assassin fizz, but that bullshit Fizz top build where you get frozen heart as your first item and still do stupid amounts of damage. Get AS quints and AD marks, start flask and rush FH(vs AD) and SV(vs AP) and you will shit on them even if you're the worst Fizz ever. Once he gets botrk you might as well surrender. 8% current Hp+8% missing hp means he'll always do 8% maxhp damage for every auto AND his ult amplifies both physical and magic damage. It's beyond stupid. If you're ahead you can also get trinity force but you'll do enough damage with only botrk + full tank.
I honestly ban him every single game, he is THAT broken with that stupid off-build. Seen a 0-4 Fizz just completely destroy a fed Zed even after missing ult simply because he had a Frozen heart(and no damage items). And it's almost impossible to itemise against him in lane, as he does fucktons of both physical and magic %hp damage. You can't get HP, MR, or Armour.
