you have to make this champion useful. look. i understand his winrate is high. but literally. nobody but his mains. win with him. nobody does. hes useless. he literally makes your team worse. by being picked on your side. riot. you gotta do something about it. hes a terrible champion. he isn't underpowered. he is just terribly and horribly designed.

dont buff him because hes toxic as is but you have to make him more useful and not the most niche champion in the game

if you don't care. about a champion being legitimately viable in general. and rather have him as a don-take him seriously meme. then disable him in ranked
