Riot make champ select more noisy

It feels like with the new que, you don't have any idea you're picking/banning until the last 5 seconds when the its doing the final ticking noise. Please cause the client to pop up in front when you have to pick/ban like when you first have to accept getting into the game. This will save a lot of people time when they have to go through over a half hour of the picking process cause someone keeps not picking/banning and forcing a dodge.
