so karthus gets to have a slow , 2 aoe spells-one of them that refunds mana, the other does double damage (essentially a crit) if the target is alone, a passive which basically lets him be alive but can't move for 7s, an a global ult with 500 base damage that can't be countered?

So Vel'Koz gets an engage, a disengage, a q that can go 2 ways if you dodge the first way and slows, a passive that does TRUE damage, an ult with 500 base damage and he looks awesome?

So Braum gets a slow, a passive that stuns, a jump that increases armor and MR, a shield thats a windwall, an ult that knocks up and slows, and he gets all the poros?

He has all of that, but not at the same time, its actualy split into a fair form. Engage, Lockdown ult and Damage( Going ADC thresh) Disengage, Shield, (Going AP thresh) Engage, Shield, Disengage, Ult( Tank Thresh, No damage there)
