Since Galio is doing horribly, I thought of two buffs that'd help bring back his original identity.
Hey fellas, dipshit here back at it again with more ROCK SOLID suggestions for our favourite Justice Punching, Hammer Fisting shithead gargoyle dude.
Now, it shouldn't be a surprise that Galio is doing god-awfully right now. According to champion.gg, he single-handedly has the worst overall performance ranking (in midlane that is), clocking in at a just below 47% win rate.

And that's just for Midlane, as a support, he has a 45.6% win rate.

So, as someone that really liked the old Galio, I thought of some buffs that'd make him a little bit stronger, as well as help him keep some of his original identity.
Q - Winds of War.
NEW: Allies (including Galio) who step on the tornado gain 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds.
This is taken from Galio's old E, Righteous Gust, which created a draft of wind that'd speed up allies as long as they follow in the same direction it was cast in.
This should make Galio support more viable, as well as just make him more versatile overall.
W - Shield of Durand.
NEW: When activated, Galio heals himself every time he takes damage from a champion for 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 (+ 30% AP) (each subsequent healing tick is 20% weaker than the last one) for 4 seconds. Activating the ability again refreshes the duration, but doesn't reset the ticks.
This is taken from Galio's old W, Bulwark, which gave armor and magic resistance to Galio's target, whilst healing him for damage they take.
This'll make Spirit Visage a better item on him, seeing as he doesn't actually have any healing in his kit.
Overall, I don't think these two buffs would make him overpowered and he desperately needs some help right now.
Tell me what y'all think.
