@Xypherous: Remember the discussion about an "attack while moving" ability in the past?

A while ago, I brought up the thought of making a Champion who can autoattack and move simultaneously (like a Diamondback in Starcraft 2), but the design was deemed toxic because it would destroy the skill gap between good players and bad players. On a ranged Champion, that would be undeniable, but then I thought:

"What if this were on a melee Champion? Would the same thing happen?"

IMO, this could fit nicely onto a Hydra Champion or something similar. Rampage through a line, autoing everything that's too close, and it still requires you to get close enough to hit them. If said Champion is slow and melee like Olaf, that creates a skill requirement.

Good idea or bad idea?

Garren has an ability that is pretty close. It's a fixed abbility though, not affected by AA modifiers.

Im not sure how bad it would really be, but what I can definitely see is an abbility that activates this mode for a certain time.

Mounted archers especially are known for this feat.

The problem, as I stated, is that if it were put on a ranged Champion, even as a limited-duration skill, it would create a situation where there's no difference between a B5 and a D1 at kiting.
