Last Whisper currentently on the PBE is 1300 gold for 10 AD and 10% armor pen... If you buy this, your champion should say "This is the worst trade deal in the history of trade deals.. Maybe ever!"

I can actually really get behind this change. It was kinda BS how before you could get so much for so little.
