@Meddler, It's time to revert the Ziggs Q hit detection nerf.
For those who don't know, Ziggs bomb explodes if it hits within 150 units of an enemy. More than a year ago, this range was 180 units, meaning it was MUCH easier to hit bombs on champions.
Ziggs was nerfed for stalling games out to 50 mins with endless waveclear in multiple lanes around in Season 4. However, much has changes since then. Baron-empowered minions were added, his ults doesn't do bonus damage vs minions, and finally, mana items means (theoretically) he is gonna go OOM by clearing waves. In conclusion, his PVE is much worse.
Ironically, the old bomb detection range nerf encourages him to clear minions, rather than fight champions. You are never ever gonna hit an enemy after the first bounce of your bomb, so if they are out of range, you clear the wave instead. Give Ziggs the ability to poke/trade with his enemy more reliably. I think he is a very fun champion to play, and great for a safe first pick (he does okay-ish into assassins because of Satchel Charge) - but too unreliable damage. Could you please consider giving him this back?
