If a champion is killed by Urgots new ult, his corpse disappears. Could the same apply too Chogaths ult - it would fit thematically for sure!
Other candidates i can think of: Garen ult, Ziggs ult's center (NUKED), Tahm W.
chogath ult does make some champions disappear if it executes: yordles
ult should leave pancakes behind if it kills the enemy
Tahm W spits them out though.

Fizz's ult will also leave nothing behind if it kills a small champion like Annie or any Yordle.
I went even further and made a post a long ways back suggested that if cho gath kills you with ult, your corpse disappears and on death effects wouldn't trigger.

And that post execute fear is what i wanted on darius, I gues he does so for minions, but not for champions. That ult though, loving it its almos like some mortal combat fatality stuff,well done riot.

If I recall correctly, 
ult killing yordles makes their body disappear
it applies only on yordles except heimerdinger and teemo if i'm not mistaken
Honestly I was thinking about this with Vel'Koz's ult as well.
He disintegrates his enemies to obtain knowledge. They should blow up in a poof of smoke or something at the end of their death animations.
