Change to keep Ziggs as a possible bot laner while making him less obnoxious in general

  • Lower his max execute threshold by like...5%

  • Lower his passive's bonus damage to turrets

Executing towers isn't the worst issue. It's lowering tower health so damn fast to that point that's the issue, if you ask me.

The dude eats turrets a good deal TOO well, though. I ain't worried about his abilities in correlation to fighting champs. Just chunking away turrets faster than a marksman can. The trade off SHOULD be that marksmen are generally the best turret takers, but Ziggs has better range, is stronger earlier on less gold, and brings aoe ap damage to the table rather than ad. Right now, Ziggs isn't really "trading" anything.
