Dodge promos to skip next division?

Lets say in theory I had an acc that was below my mains mmr. I want to skip say g2 from g3. BUT i got super unlucky with great teammates so my mmr is at the cusp of being skippable but not yet there. If i were to dodge both promo games and win the 2 games back to promos, could i raise my mmr to be able to skip?

You'd hav to win closer to 15 games back to back. Your MMR has to be much higher than the rank you want to jump into to skip, e.g. you being silver 2 but with gold 4 MMR.
