Any ideas for Volibear buffs Meddler?

I had two ideas which you may, or may not, have already tried. The first that came to mind was having a passive out of combat movement speed buff. It would help him niche as the tank initiator fighter. The other (and obvious one) was to possibly give Voli some of his scaling attack speed from his W back. Just tossing some ideas around from a silver level perspective. <3
