could be so good if she wasn't so clunky. Her kit has so much potential but it is held back by the smallest things. First thing is her auto attack. Why can't she have a legit auto attack animation? Even karthus got his auto attack fixed and he doesn't even auto. If had an auto attack animation as good as somebody like then she would be a LOT better. Another thing is her q, maybe something that slow and that thin was viable a few years ago but now in league of mobility anivia can't even dream of hitting a q. Change the missile speed to ~1300 ( current distortion speed) and she will probably be a lot more viable. Another problem is that her e has a stutter step but that can stay as long has her q and auto get changed. She is sooo close to being viable and these small buffs can probably fix her.

I do agree on this, and I'm an Anivia Main. Though part of me feels that increasing the speed of her Q would make her really strong but then again...I just look over to the more recent champions that was made and think her Q being that slow should no longer be slow to be a "weakness" for her.

I really do hope for her to get a better auto attack animation. Farming with her pre-6 is insanely annoying and she's probably the easiest champion to deny her farm under tower before level 6. I think Anivia has enough weaknesses in the game as it is (maybe the most amount) so at least being able to farm pre-6 wouldn't be asking for to much lol..

I think the biggest thing that is holding back Anivia from getting buffed is the amount of AoE threat that her ult presents. It's got a huge area, and while it's up it's basically a "Step here and die" zone for the other team.

So if her Q got buffed probably the first thing to be nerfed if that made her really strong would be her ult's damage.

the only thing they can buff is her aa for farming everything else is fine god forbid you actually aim your skill shot

anivia was good, but she was a little bit too good. i still think they should shift power around in her kit.

first remove her ability to trigger double damage on her e with her ult. its a cheesy mechanic, rewarding her with a lot of damage for hitting a skillshot half the size of the lane.
in return, slightly increase the missile speed on her q. not too much though. the ability carries an almost crazy amount of damage, and anivia is supposed to strategically place her wall (and possibly her ult) to make hitting the q easier.
since her q is now the only ability that can trigger the damage on her e, massively increase the range. so its easier for her to follow up with an e after she hit the q.
