My idea for a ranked mechanic to deal with champ select trolls

Ok first I'd like to point out why this is needed then I'll give the basic rundown of the idea and then give my opinion on why this has no negative effect.

One of the many issues in ranked games atm are trolls, insta lockers, and people who attempt to mimic pro players and end up failing cough smite ez mid cough, this has been the downfall of many games over the years of league of legends and the only way to avoid it is having 1 unlucky player leave the game during champ select and be penalized with lost LP and a temporary suspension on ranked games.

Now then my basic idea to combat noticeable trolls or possible game losing people in champ select is the simple option of a vote end put into the champ select that both teams can use that acts abit like surrender during the game except it simply ends the match before champ select ends and returns everyone back to the queue no penalties no suspensions. This mechanic can be used by 1 team or both teams and simply requires 1 team to vote then if atleast 3 players on that team vote yes that champion select will end and will simply send the enemy team a message informing them the other team decided to end. The reason I chose 3 players minimum for the vote is because it prevents a duo queue from coming in trolling and preventing the team from voting to end by leaving them a vote short.

Finally this mechanic has almost no way that it could affect ranked play badly as it requires 3 people to vote so a duo queue can't simply go into ranked and spam the vote in champ select to end the game and even if by some chance another person on the team voting might go along with the vote it only puts everyone back into ranked queue so it's not like it will inconvenience too much and compared to the number of games it would save the occasional ended champ select isn't all that bad.One thing people could say is that people could use this as a way to put down people who want to break the meta, this is true but to be fair most people who want to "Break the meta" are simply trying something they heard about or seen and typically lose the games they do this in so it's not a good idea, and to begin with ranked isn't the place for that sort of gameplay anyway that's what normals are for.
