People cry but he has skillshots as an argument for not being nerfed. Now I'm no expert at game balance, but when I CAN even rekt an enemy team with Lee, there has to be something wrong, especially after I haven't played him in ages.

What if Lee could only follow up with Resonating Strike if he landed his Q at max range?

What if Lee couldn't Safeguard to a ward?

What if Lee had lower than base 355 MS (highest in the game), and slightly lower base health so he's not oppressive in the early game?
