Movement speed slows now also slow Kalista's attack speed

As a champion with a "Unique" gimmick. ( Mainly her free, manaless dashes as long as she can hit something), kalista is pure-broken tier.

"Broken" is not OP btw. Broken means that the ability doesn't belong in league League is a game which enforces "counterplay", and as a result, every champion is meant to be in a position to kill any other champion through skill in a face-off.

Right now, *** CANNOT be be killed*** by any melee without a low cd gap closer harass due to her "movement speed" immunity in kiting.

What champions are affected you ask? There are plenty but, here's a few without a gap closer that are hit the hardest etc

But most melees have a "slow" that allows them to anti-kite, and catch up to the adcs that torment them from a range.

Unfortunately, kalista is "Movement speed" slow immune, and the ONLY way a melee is ever gonna catch up to her is through slowing her attack speed.

But attack speed slows are very strong and are given to very few champions to assist them in winning duels or behaving as a counter

Honestly, I think kalista kit would be perfect in a game where every champion is OP ( Like Dota), but she doesn't have a place in league. At least this drawback would fix kalista in some ways ( I hope)
