I need a sexy young and fit guy that doesnt have cancerous gameplay, and without beard

Hammermancer1 votes

who in league doesn't actually have cancerous gameplay when you break it down?

Twitch there you go bae, have a sexy furry skin

codpieces, COD PIECES FOR ALL

Step Sis Lux1 votes

well by cancerous i meant mostly crazy mobility/dashes/stealth

Hammermancer1 votes

see those dont bother me, what bothers me is things that just auto lock on, I don't even like auto attacks personally, I'd rather just have more mechanic intensive gameplay across the board

I never signed up to the idea of making anything not a skill shot, this was a big debate back in the day

only issue for me swapping games is that i love me some jayce, legit, favorite champion in any game.If i were 14, jayce would have been master chief with a backwards hat smoking a cigarette and drawing one of those little skater S shape things while talking about the fallout boy concert coming up (So badace right?)

no.. but i respect women, and yet as a man i don't think the only other option should be "drooling over a guy"

therefore these are offensive option... as it would means i either have to "hate women" or "drool over men".

although since you seem to think these are "acceptable options" to choose from maybe my "respect for women" should be lowered by 1.

Why not? Are you saying women and gay men aren't entitled to a little eye candy? How is it disrepectful to women and gay men to have them as a targetted marketing demographic?

therefore these are offensive option... as it would means i either have to "hate women" or "drool over men".

You either want only men to have sexualized skins, or you want to open it up to everyone, which i said in a lighthearted way as "mmm cowboy graves"

although since you seem to think these are "acceptable options" to choose from maybe my "respect for women" should be lowered by 1.

You apparently don't think that women are full fledged human beings with needs, desires, and all that men have.. so yeah the first option isn't as loaded of a question as you'd think

The issue isn't objectification it's one sided objectification right? If we objectify both sexes then we can go back to remembering that all the characters in this game are just archtypes from other storys and whatnot

so u expect me to vote "Mhmm Cowboy Graves"?

im sorry im a guy. I DONT FIND THAT ATTRACTIVE.

if that is my ONLY option other than " i hate women" wtf do u expect me to choose?

i dont dissagree with the premise of this thread.. but there ARE attractive men in league

Ezreal is a jerk. but good looking Yasuo is also good looking, although that might be the only thinng riot did right about him a lot of league men have .. umm issues Draven and Darius and Tryndamere are "technically " good looking"

Ekko is a kid but this is a T game so a bunch of female teenagers might find him hot

there are a bunch of "attractive" men" in league

however the fact u added DrMundo Singed too your list, makes me question.. a few things...

i mean its not as bad as saying Gragas Urgot Volibear TahmKench Renekton Malphite ( well maybeDrMundo is.. but...

your voting options ARE HORRIFIC.

your options aren't

" i feel men are being equally represented in a sexual manner as women" and "the game could use more HAWT guys"

those are 2 decent options

and i could easilyl vote the 2nd option without sounding like "i like men"

but saying " the could use more hot men" is PRETTY FUCKING DIFFERENT than saying " mhhmmmm GRAVES"

ezreal, lux, zoe are all marketted at that age group

there are a bunch of "attractive" men" in league

however the fact u added DrMundo Singed too your list, makes me question.. a few things...

Well yeah but it's not oversexualization if you're only serious about it, These would be your equivalents to the janna hotline. Adult humor mostly

i mean its not as bad as saying Gragas Urgot Volibear TahmKench Renekton Malphite ( well maybeDrMundo is.. but...

again adult humor, it's not immoral at all

your voting options ARE HORRIFIC.

i mean if you can't see a joke then you're stressin yourself out over nada

your options aren't

" i feel men are being equally represented in a sexual manner as women" and "the game could use more HAWT guys"

That's a misreprestation, I'm going to assume from a misunderstanding

the options are

"I'm against sexualization spreading in league of legends"

vs

"Objectification is fine in marketing if it's not inherently sexist"

those are 2 decent options

and i could easilyl vote the 2nd option without sounding like "i like men"

ok

what i don't support and what i find offensive are your two voting options.

that's subjective and honestly a little thin skinned, i'm surprised someone can be so sensative that they can't see past potentially cringe inducing humor to the core of a point that they might agree with up to the point that they start stirring the pot over non-issues like what they deem to be a poor sense of humor

be it a "joke" or not.

it was

Subjective, you really have to search for offense in those terms.

and for me.

while i fully support women and would never in my life say such things as "i hate women"

So you think only people who find cowboy graves to actually be attractive would vote for the option that was clearly hyperbole for "Yes"? Seriously? do you think people are that morose that they can't actually comprehend basic attempts to lighten a mood because they're too busy trying to be offended? I don't think anyone like that really exists man.

i am more likely to pick THAT option than i am to say "MHHHH graves"

So you're homophobic?

if u cant provide accurate and usable polling options.. then don't post a "vote".

The polling options are secondary since this is a discussion thread with a poll more so than anything else. Do you think forum polls are reliable sources of information?

because both options u have are highly offensive to men, unless those men happen to be sexist POS.

Well first off bro, stop flinging insults, Are you serious right now? you're being toxic over a simple suggestion and you're branding people with massively inflammatory and potentially career damaging slander, it's reckless and irresponsible and it's 100% why people meme about the anti-sexualization movement. Because you guys wont come to the table and talk you just insult people who disagree with you as if we're degenerates and you're the moral purifiers.

Men aren't a preference group, being a man is something you're just kinda stuck with, you don't chose it, and it's sorta just nothing to do with your general beliefs or moral compass.

LOL, quite the opposite, and I'm not going into more details because it would be rather awkward, but lets keep it simple and only say 2 of my best friends are gay.. and I've been rather desensitized to it due to their "antics".

Cool? I'm curious if you really are indifferent to them or if you just proclaim your acceptance

and i REALLY don't need to see any more.

makes me thing the former over the latter

you just go out and assume I'm either "sexist" or "homophobic".

Being against sexualization in todays context is almost always rooted in a sexist argument that claims the battle of the sexes is effectively a cosmic undertaking

when the only reason I'm not upvoting this thread is because of the poll.

Yeah and I think you're being too literal and inflexible, if you don't like something and you make a comment, why keep attacking the guy who made it when he says "It was good fun, don't worry about it, if you don'[t like it move along"

and now because your acting like an ass, thinking everyone is out to get out you. when the reality is.

Noone's out to get me from the forums, the government tho.. they kno i kno da troof,

and By the way I still haven't paid you a direct insult, I've tried being as friendly as possible even when a less than civil or outright hostile retort would be socially acceptable, based on my surrounding tone, and the tone that my direct talking points to you, I was clearly again joking around hoping it'd click

------The joke | | | | ------ Your head

if someone dissagree's one ONE single thing u say. or says your joke was in bad taste. than we somehow "are out to get you and disagree with everything u say.

Nope, was just engaging in conversation, you started getting saltier and saltier, i'm still in vein trying to get you to see that i'm not a hostile actor but whatever,

and because apparently u haven't gotten the message.

I got your message loud and clear, you're immense distaste at my illiteral sense of humor in the polling options has gotten you to post about four pages of rage at me, a good chunk in direct response to me trying to cheer you up

I FULLY SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS.

Ok so why have the sticking point on the poll? it's just gaslighting at best.

what i DON'T support is your distasteful jokes and going all aggressive when my first post was merely said your "poll" was offensive.

I've only responded to your posts directly

which BTW IT WAS.

That's subjective

because like i said i fully support women, i FULLY support everything u said in your post.. what i DON'T support is your poll. because that is sexiest toward men, giveing us zero options. and making it so the only two option available are "us being sexist" or "us being gay"

No? it was for you to say no as a joke, and for you to say yes as a joke, the final results would be innacurate if i was as clear and concise as possible anyways because it's a forum poll which isn't representative of the gaming community in league

and for a non-sexist non-gay male, thats OFFENSIVE

So offense culture is spreading now to the people it was poorly ideaized to defend against?

I'M sorry BUT YOU NEED TO FUCKING DEAL WITH IT.

I'm attempting to figure out how your "I'm straight and cis and you're oppressing me" message is at all in my interest or my purview to care about

for someone who is female im surprised you cant understand the fact that just because the person who does it thinks its "OK" doesn't mean its "OK".

Because the issues you're bringing forward have nothing to do with the actual content of the post outside of the most ancillary part of it, it's nitpicking not the idea, but it's presentation, and working against the idea because you don't like the presentation.

because u know that's the very first fucking thing you learn, and u should be well accustomed to that and SUPPORT people, who SHARE a belief that our society has works so hard to put into the workplace.

What are you even? what?

what you COULD have said was : "I'm sorry that was supposed to be a joke, i didn't mean for it to be offensive"

I mean let's be honest, In accordance to my faith and culture, I don't care if you chose to be offended by something that was in no way an attack, nor was poking fun at anyone, nor do I care about your feelings, this is a public place and you should probably have enough class to make an imperical, rational, argument about this without using terms that attempt to poorly steer the conversation towards emotional outrage.

but no.. you have to ATTACK people, and call them "sexist" or "homophobes"

I didn't actually attack you, you've completely misread my thread, I was doing what's called 'ball busting' it is something that from my culture, people make intentionally out of wack statements that are so asinine that when put into context of their demeanor is clearly meant to be interperated as a joke, you then threw a nutty so i attempted to express more clearly that i was making a joke you then started calling people assholes

Did you grow up in an upper class environment with very few male role models? I'd hate to see you accidentally work on cars, or in construction if you can't handle friendly team building ballbusting.

anyways man I'm sorry that you're upset, because yes i'm a human with empathy, I'm not sorry that I made you upset because I made is clear that it was not my intention to instigate or antagonize, and i was making many jokes throughout the responses.

Sorry you put yourself through this man, I'd love to continue the conversation, but honestly if you can't come to a conversation like an adult please just fuck off

I wont be responding again, hyperemotional discourse is less than productive.

Homophobia isn't a bad thing I. The sense that open acceptance of, and acting upon homosexual desires is morally wrong and perverse. Only stating this because you seem to be implying that conservatives or those who oppose homosexuality shouldn't be able to voice their opinions. If you can shame others for opposing homosexuality, then I will call you out on it.

Only stating this because you seem to be implying that conservatives or those who oppose homosexuality shouldn't be able to voice their opinions. If you can shame others for opposing homosexuality, then I will call you out on it.

The moral judgment on those who do no harm to others based on an immutable characteristic outside of their control is pretty immoral.

Homophobia is actually a bad thing to willingly subscribe to, ignorance isn't a sin and i'm not a douche but willingly condemning someone for something they can't change if it's doing no harm.

You can't lump a gay dude in with a psychopath, but then a rational person doesn't hate the psychopath, they just need that behaviour out of their society, like a mother bear charging you merits you defending yourself.

Homosexuality within its own vaccuum is not harmful to society, the worst thing attributable to homosexuality is that it lowers the birth rates by being an existing condition of reality, which is something we can't undo.

All of the criticisms against it come specifically Either from behaviors attributed to homosexuality as if they're not actually just human behaviors that are prevalent in all of society, or from religious texts which are not recognizale as legitimate grounds for legal change, since a religion as a personal philosophy is fine and moral but as a building block for a forced social philosophy is removal of someone's right to agency.

Frankly I don't condemn many socially conservative arguments but this one rooted in a set of ideologies that can't be given the right to rule

One socially conservative idea, rooted in tradition of the enlightenment, that I believe in is that any society that is based upon the sacred rights of the individual to seek on their own volition self fulfillment and to be assured protection of their own agency, property and their right to the fruit of their labor. On this issue I'm very conservative in that this state of affairs should be maintained and protected.

So I don't want you to think i'm a lefty, the shit i just mentioned is all from a pretty moderate right set of ideas, but seriously man If you don't like homosexuality then sure, but why would you act against it? It has zero impact on your life or the lives of your (presumably heterosexual) family if some gay dudes get sold some skins

I'm not advocating PC culture either.

There are lots of objectified men in League. .-. They literally made Odyssey Yasuo pretty damn hot; like legitimately I don't like Yasuo but he was pretty hot in that video. And your descriptions aren't particularly hot to me at all as a woman. I think that you don't realize that most women have a different idea of what is sexy than what men think is sexy.

Just as an example, I think Mafia MF is hot as fuck and its not because she's wearing a skimpy outfit but because she has the cutest fucking freckles and this look on her face that's so badass; the contrast is stunning af. I personally think Mafia MF is her hottest skin.

Similarly, I don't think that Santa Draven or Braum are particularly attractive even though they're showing their big muscular chests. It just doesn't do it for me.

No i understand entirely, but male sexualization isn't as standoutish in this game, it's creating a division and I don't endorse pandering to the outcriers, instead I'd like for it to be taken to the next level in a way that can't really be condemned except by those who are socially conservative (That's not a political thing, leave politics out of this thread)

Ok but here's the difference, these two character skins are pretty fringe, they're the exception to the rule, and they're put on characters who have identities that are made more off of jokes, whereas MF is basically every 14 year old boys special fantasy "Ohhh she's a big boob pirate who wants to cut things in half and then make sweet love"

Can you honestly say that less mockery characters couldn't be more tailored towards women? Garen would make a decent prince charming who for some reason has no shirt, and has new lines about how he wants to protect his lady (Katarina?) and other lines about his platonic love for his sister

I mentioned Graves because he's the archtypal attractive old gruff man, that 50 year old that makes the girls swoon.

while of course everything in league is cartoony, i don't see an issue in just expansion of sexualization into a more normative thign just to kill the argument, it's already in the game, and is pretty prevalent.

The issue is that this is inherrently a social liberals question right?

Ok i'm gonna throw it out there that i'm a classical liberal not a progressive liberal, ONLY to define terms.

That means by socially liberal I'm referring to Noone giving a shit and being able to do whatever you want so long as you're not hurting people. whereasa social conservatism is giving in to tradition, you can actually be a social conservative and a social liberal at the same time if you live in a socially liberal society. Those who are socially conservative in this particular argument are trying to restrict behaviors and expressions of both market and wearer of the skins based on social taboo. these behaviors have no actual negative impact on society other than that you don't like them, which isn't a valid reason to restrict actions or expressions. This is me trying to explain it in the most precise of terms and it's litigious and boring to read

Don't get me wrong, I think Santa Draven is pretty hot. But I find Braum to be auch because he's too muscular, which isn't pleasing to me.

Instead of Riot just going, "oh muscles, chest showing, or shirtless? Yeh everyone loves that", they should do something similar to Odyssey Kayn. Skin tight, black shirt? Yes, please give me more of that. Or even more lifeguard skins, or Pool Party skins for the male champs.

I don't care for giant muscles or chests showing. Sure, as with Santa Draven I can find the appeal. But only with certain things, such as Santa Draven, Kayn, and Rakan.

umm if you want to talk on a serious note like that then

Sexualized men are actually looked at endearingly by hetero men, because sexualization also shows something that other men would come to respect on a subconcious level, Maybe not zed in a thong with nipple tassels, but still keeping his mask on that'd just be a joke that i'm sure every zed main would buy. But look at something like kayn, sion, or trynd which is raw masculine prowess and is sexualized in that way as well. Because it is inherently sexualized by nature of it being on display virtues of successful hyper masculinity, guys like that get a lot of girls (Like prezombie sion i mean), it just happens and is observable. That's sexualization though, it really is. I'm talking about mockery sexualization and also about oversexualization, thus I want zed in a thong and tassels, just as a peace offering to people who are raging about kaisa, ahri, lux, literally every female character having some sort of sexual content or hyper revealing outfit/skin down to the preteen zoe and some of the yordel girls. I don't think theres anything wrong with seeing this shit in a video game, it's quality content as far as I'm concerned but people are voicing that they don't like the one sidedness to it, and I think there's still a pretty big ass market for zed in nipple tassels and a thong, Imagine the disrespect animation then

I imagagine at least 2/3s of zed mains and 1/5th of the player base would be like "Oh shit that's so cringe it's great" It'd have everyone who owns pink taric, or meowkai buying it for roughly the same reason.. the lulz

that being said some actually intentionally skimpy dudes would also be fine in my book, I think it'd really extend the olive branch without actually yielding, showing them that "This is riot's game" while also showing them that the concerns they've raised will be addressed, just not in the demanded way.

I think a good point is that a lot more straight guys play LoL than gay guys and women COMBINED. Sexualization doesn't really belong in the first place though. It's what you have easily available porn for. Don't ruin the game for other people is all I'm saying.
