"Skirms"

There should be a cue in the PVP client that uses the EXACT SAME matchmaking criteria as Ranked, but does not risk or reward LP.

These would be Skirmish matches, or Skirms.

This would be a way for players to practice facing players at about the same rank as their own, but would not risk their current position. However, wins would not award LP either.

Unfortunately, I do imagine that this could become a troll cue, but I think Riot should treat reports just as severely as they would reports in ranked matches.
